IBM And Sun's Deal!

IBM Corp. is trying its best to acquire Sun Microsystems Inc. But agreement has not come into existence, so far. The deal is around $7 billion. $10 to $11 a share is about to be paid by IBM to acquire Sun. Sun Microsystem’s software licences have come into conflict with that of IBM.
