To boost the sales of cars, the ford company has asked the Canadian government to give financial incentive to people to scrap their old and used cars. They can then buy new cars. This can be a big step to save the ailing auto market. Currently Canada offers 500$ for scrapping cars used over 10 years, the company wants it increased to 3,500$.
