The fourth edition of the popular Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) has few modifications in the clarity of the processes like the activities of the project, in the planning of the schedule, in planning the quality and in verifying the scope of the project. The clarity serves to allay any miscommunication that could otherwise have crept in.
